The Partnership Access Line (PAL) is a telephone based child mental health consultation system for primary care providers funded by Wyoming Department of Health. PAL employs child psychiatrists and a social worker affiliated with Seattle Children’s Hospital to deliver its consultation services.
PAL is available to primary care doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants throughout Wyoming state. They are encouraged to call the PAL toll free number 877-501-7257. PAL provides rapid consultation responses during business hours (M-F, 9am-6pm) for any type of mental health issue that arises with any child or developmentally disabled adult.
*For holiday closure hours, please reference the FAQ section of this website.

“I am so grateful for your service! I am only a mid-level and have only been treating adolescents for four months. I am the only local provider who will treat these kids. Otherwise, families have to either do telepsych or travel out of town about 250 miles (one way!) Thank you so much!!”
